Job Description For Veshti Company Off Campus Drive 2024
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to achieve e-commerce goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of marketing campaigns.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all marketplaces (Amazon/flipkart/Myntra)
3. Audience Targeting:
- Develop and refine customer personas to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.
4. Budget Management:
- Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Implement cost-effective strategies and optimisations to improve campaign efficiency.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with reative team, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with POC of marketplaces and Meta to improve campaigns
6. Testing and Optimisation:
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
7. Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns against established KPIs.
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends using Google Analytics
- 1-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
- Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus
