- The candidates on selection will be provided one year apprenticeship training at SNTI.
- Candidates will be registered in Apprenticeship Portal and get a stipend during training period as specified in the
- Apprentices Act, provided the performance and conduct is found satisfactory. Candidates shall not be contracted
- with any other organisation. Candidates who have completed apprenticeship training after ITI shall not be
- considered.
- The Apprentices Training Programme is a compliance requirement as governed by the Apprenticeship
- Act, 1961 and its latest amendments and hence is not a guarantee for employment.
- On successful completion of the training and on being successfully awarded the National Apprenticeship
- Certificate on clearing the All-India Trade Test (AITT), in case of vacancy, the candidate will be appointed
- only on rolls of TSTSL (Tata Steel Technical Services Limited) at any location.
Skill & Qualification Required For Tata Steel Off Campus Drive 2024
- ITI pass out candidates with Fitter Mechanical or Electrician Trade.
- ITI passing marks – 60% for general male candidates & 55% for female, transgender and ST/SC candidates.
