Job Description For Scitara Off Campus Drive 2024
The position is for a front-end leader/architect in the product development for Scitara working with the global engineering team.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader who will own technical vision of the product and drive it by leading the team for quality delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in front-end development, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for quality and cutting-edge technology.
Skills Required:
Bachelor/Master of Engineering or equivalent in Computer Engineering, IT or related field
- 15+ years of hands on experience in frontend product development
- Experience building cloud-native applications with a continuous delivery strategy.
- Proven expertise in technical leadership and mentoring the team.
- Solid experience working as subject matter expert and solving technical problems.
- Worked in agile development methodologies.
- Experience with informatics applications or GxP compliant applications is preferred.
- Experience in secure coding and building applications for regulated industries
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends using Google Analytics
- 1-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
- Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
