• Key Area’s of Responsibility Prioritize and resolve the upcoming tickets and incidents (escalated from Tier 1 & Tier 2), 
• Monitoring the KPI’s of the portals and applications in different environments, 
• Troubleshooting and resolving of complex application and infrastructure issues Work with relevant stake holder in RCA preparation for P1, P2, 
• Ensure maintenance of backup and restore processes,
