Job Description For HCL Off Campus Drive 2024
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions in accordance with project requirements and coding standards.
- Coding and Programming: Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code in programming languages such as Java, C++, or others as required by the project.
- System Analysis: Conduct system analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and user expectations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues reported by quality assurance and end-users in a timely manner.
- Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other software engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software components and overall system functionality.
Skills Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Development Tools: Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs), version control systems, and build tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex software development challenges.
