Job Description

• Manage the back-office processes for delivering services, including feasibility assessments, network access, and customer order processing.

• Ensure that network systems, inventory, and bandwidth are available for provisioning on Network A.

• Analyze the need for capacity optimization and augmentation to address network capacity issues.

• Oversee the delivery of customer orders, including configuration management.

• Guide the network design team to ensure timely customer connectivity and handover to the project implementation team.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems and take corrective action.

• Provide technical expertise for business planning and workflow management to integrate network and system solutions for network improvement.

• Responsible for hardware planning, environment provisioning, documentation, and application deployments for various services and applications.

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated service across multiple products.

• Provide expertise to internal teams and external vendors to deliver complex solutions in a timely manner.
