Job Description
You will work for AIS, which helps SAP customers with all AIS products. Your goal is to take charge of your product area and provide excellent service to our customers. They trust SAP to advise them on their business, so your work is important.
Gain deep product and technical expertise to provide high-quality support to SAP customers.
Resolve customer cases and incidents at the Development Support level.
Ensure high quality of corrections and support packages.
Quickly gain knowledge transfer of new topics/code lines from colleagues within the team.
Analyze and optimize complex business processes, and conduct error analysis in system landscapes with a focus on Procurement logistics, distributed via SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, and Ariba integration.
Be ready to learn new innovations and technologies, such as S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori, to apply expertise in digital transformation to S/4HANA/Intelligent Enterprise.
