Job Description

• You'll troubleshoot network issues from end to end and provide support for Outlook and Windows OS-related problems.

• You'll work with vendors to resolve warranty-related issues.

• You'll prepare reports and meet with customers to manage regular operations and ensure SLAs are met.

• You should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment and handle tickets related to hardware, software, and networking.

• You'll configure and integrate nodes/systems/services, handle emergencies, and coordinate with other technical teams.

• You'll install and upgrade operating systems and software and coordinate with field teams for onsite support.

• You'll prepare handover and activity sheets, identify problems, and act according to the defined CM process.

• You'll conduct remote troubleshooting and prepare scripts and impact analysis for network changes.

• You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed during configuration changes.
