Job Description
• Contribute to Digital strategic programs with strong stakeholder engagement for business outcomes.
• Build competency in Product Lifecycle management and Agile-based Automotive software engineering.
• Assess system architecture and design secure, high-performance technical solutions.
• Write and debug code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
• Develop unit tests and provide comments for all new code.
• Peer-review code changes and contribute to program documentation.
• Stay updated on technology trends and research new technical solutions.
• Collaborate with all departments and assist in new product development.
• Leverage cloud and cloud-native tools for application development.
• Utilize data analytics, modeling, warehousing, ETL, and automation to drive data visualization and process automation.
• Lead or participate in Agile DevOps pods for innovation and speed.
• Lead or participate in Cyber Security & Network automation and forensic tools to enhance IT’s defensive capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Computer Engineering or Data Science & Analytics.
• Willingness to travel and commitment to the rotations over the length of the program
• Strong work ethics and principles
• Team player with a positive attitude to succeed
• Strong aptitude for Digital with broad knowledge of Information Technology
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to work in an office initially in Novi, MI or Bangalore/ Pune, IN or Richardson, TX.
• Willingness to relocate to any HARMAN office in the future.
