Job Description
Conduct market mapping in the assigned location to identify potential business opportunities and distributors
Hold VO launch activities and career seminars on a regular basis to increase distribution base and source new business
Meet the business targets for the location with a healthy mix of motor and non-motor business
Take ownership of the P&L for the assigned location and maintain COR (Combined Ratio) as defined by the function head
Ensure monthly acquisition of new agents and maintain IMD (Individual Medical Underwriting) activation above minimum productivity norms
Visit channel partners such as Banca, Motor Dealers, and Brokers on a regular basis to drive business and address any concerns in a timely manner.
